Payments

Credit Card
Payment by Credit Card is provided using the Unicredit service. 
Transactions are encrypted and secure.

Bank Transfer
By choosing Bank Transfer as the payment method, the customer automatically sends an order request to Naturalshoes.it. The receipt by Naturalshoes.it of the order request will be confirmed with an email sent by customer service, containing our bank details, after which the goods are set aside pending the crediting of the transfer to our bank account.
The customer is required to send a copy of the payment via email within 48 hours of receiving the order confirmation. If Naturalshoes.it does not receive the copy of the payment within this period, it will cancel the order.
The order will be shipped only when the transfer has been credited to our bank account.

Cash on delivery
By choosing the cash on delivery payment method, the customer can pay directly to the courier upon delivery.
Cash on delivery is only available for deliveries in Italy and is subject to a cash on delivery fee of 6.00 euros owed to the courier.
ATTENTION: the courier only accepts cash payments.

Shipping

Shipments to Italy are handled by the TNT courier while abroad they are handled by the GLS courier.

It is NOT possible to deliver to Packstations.

Parcel delivery on the mainland is generally guaranteed within 24 hours.

For the islands, however, transit times can be 48 hours.

Orders are shipped from Naturalshoes.it, Rome (RM), from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 13:00. Orders placed after 13:01 will be processed the next working day.

Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday morning.

Orders for items already available are shipped the first working day following the day the order was placed, subject to confirmation of the availability of the goods. The Credit Card will be charged on the day of the order.

In all cases Naturalshoes.it reserves the right to postpone the shipment if events with causes of force majeure occur.

All Customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with Naturalshoes.it and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If for any reason the customer refuses delivery of the shipment or requests return to sender, any shipping costs charged to Naturalshoes.it will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer.

Naturalshoes.it shipments are insured free of charge against theft and accidental damage.

Once the shipment reaches its destination the insurance loses its validity.

Shipping costs are free for all orders over 50 euros.
